Was the flower petal shower also a symbolic representation of the wreaths that could not be laid on the bodies of the many migrant workers, who perished on their thousand kilometre walk back home, after being stranded by a surprise lockdown announced by the emperor? Was it also a means to say sorry to the many health workers who contacted COVID-19 as the Govt has not yet provided enough PPE kits or carried out enough tests?

How many migrant workers could have been transported back to their homes using the money spent on this massive country-wide exercise? What purposes are the money from PMCARES, which is not audited by CAG, used for?
